Antler aims at fighting Coronavirus with $500k Investment in startups.

Antler, an early stage ventured company headquartered in Singapore is giving startups the go-ahead to apply for funding. Antler, which has its African country in Nairobi is ready to pump up to $500000 in five teams. ANTLER made it known that they are inviting startups that are working in specific verticals to bring them to be part of the way forward in the course to fighting the coronavirus.

It was also added that once you are a startup with an idea to help with the way forward to recovery or overcome this, you are eligible to apply by the 15th of this month.

In a statement released by Antler a week ago, it was made clear the areas the company is inviting startups to propose possible solutions to which are.

Medical equipments which involves test kits, protective devices, ventilators among others.

Remote health which will also cover telehealth, remote patient monitoring, symptom checkers and others.

Digital tools will not be left out as well which will also include smart delivery, e-learning, and remote work

Mitigation will also be put in place which will cover contact tracing, surveillance and data infrastructure.

The major aim of this funding and support as stated is to help fight the current situation of the coronavirus pandemic.
