BankDhofar Launches Neo Corporate Internet Banking to Drive Oman’s Digital Finance Transformation
BankDhofar is introducing its new platform in Oman called the Neo Corporate Internet Banking (Neo CIB). This platform is targeted at streamlining financial operations for corporate, SME, institutional, through digital solutions.
This innovation comprises a combination of payments, collections, payroll processing, reporting, and system integration into a single digital environment in order to exceed traditional online banking. The platform marks a major milestone in the bank’s digital transformation journey, offering automation, transparency, and integration across multiple banking services.
According to the Mr. K. Mallikarjuna, Chief Wholesale Banking Officer at BankDhofar, stated that;

Neo CIB seeks to eliminate the fragmented workflows and manual procedures that often hamper corporate financial operations and help companies manage finances with greater speed and control. For small businesses, they will have access to advanced banking tools which were traditionally limited to larger corporations.
Businesses may view account balances, consolidated positions across multiple accounts, pending approvals, and transaction statuses in real time using Neo CIB's customizable dashboard. By enabling businesses to have been created and monitor domestic, regional, and international payments through a single interface, the technology improves operational control and transparency.
