Dubai-based BY Venture Partners has closed a $60 million third fund to back early-stage startups, with Artificial Intelligence businesses among its investment targets.
The Dubai Future District Fund anchored the fund, alongside investors including MultiLane, Transmed Capital, and Saudi Arabia’s Idriss Family Office.
The fund will invest up to $1 million per company, targeting startups at the pre-seed and Series A stages, when businesses are developing products or preparing to scale.
The closing brings BY Venture Partners’ total assets under management to more than $200 million, expanding its capacity to back early-stage technology companies.
BY Venture Partners has already invested in 15 companies through the fund and plans to build a portfolio of 40.
For Black and Brown founders, the fund adds another source of capital for startups building AI products for enterprise customers. The fund’s reach across these markets could offer founders a route to investors with international exposure.
