Familiy Corp X Softec to Lauch AI Transportation 'Move'
Leading Egyptian mobility and logistics firm, Family Corp, has partnered with an award-winning AI technology company, Softec, to launch an AI-enabled transportation series, Move, to improve transportation safety and provide tracking services for parents within Egypt.
This partnership will introduce a fully futuristic technology-supported transportation. In long term, this is an initiative that has promised an investment value of up to Ten Million Egyptian Pounds (EGP 10 million) in the next 2 years. The unique innovation is also linked with a mobility mobile application, which will be fully active with the country.
With MOVE, commuters can comfortably book their seats via the mobile app, view bus schedules and choose a convenient time for their movement. This service is developed to satisfy commuters as they are allowed to enjoy reliable transportation services. The mobile application which Artificially Intelligent is reviewed to be easy to navigate and enables payment, likewise providing information about predictable route experience and status to passengers.
The latest transportation series creates an evolution for school transportation services. It is a combination of a safety tech setup and transportation services which is meant to give safety assurance to parents and school administration. Via its tracking and AI feature, parents can receive predicted time of arrival through a control tower and the parent mobile application, they also get ETA alerts and updated optimization according to bus routes depending on traffic.
According to Waguih Eskandar, the Vice President of Family Corp, MOVE’s operation in Greater Cairo and Alexandria, is targeted at developing and promoting a unique transportation service across the nation, noting the partnership with Softec
Meanwhile, Nour Shawky, Softec’s CEO noted MOVE had launched the commute service back in August and its school transport service in October
