Fawry Signs Strategic Partnership with EgyptAir to provide e-payment Solutions for its Academy

Fawry, an Egyptian pioneering electronic payment platform, has partnered with EgyptAir, a leading provider of training support for airlines and aviation professionals in the Middle East and Africa, to include Fawry’s services on the academy’s electronic portal.

As EgyptAir Training Academy began to expand its digital services, the partnership became necessary. It also aligns with the two entities’ strategic collaboration, which aims to multiply the academy’s payment systems, particularly electronic payments through the company’s various channels, which include more than 285,000 points of sale, as well as the myfawry app and bank wallets.

Capt. Amr Abu El-Enein, Chairman and CEO of EgyptAir Holding Company, noted that EgyptAir is always keen to apply modern technological systems in order to provide easy solutions to customers.

This is part of the company’s top priority plan, which is to expand the provision of digital services in line with the company’s increased frequencies to many points around the world.

Capt. Ihab El-Tahtawy, President of EgyptAir Training Academy, expressed his delight with this new collaboration, noting that it is not the first collaboration with a large entity like Fawry, which is distinguished by extensive experience and human cadres with the highest level of competence and skill in information technology, communications, and financial services.
