HeyBreez Raises $2.5M Seed to Scale Voice AI Platform
HeyBreez

Voice AI startup HeyBreez has raised $2.5 million in a seed round to expand its AI-powered voice platform across global markets.

The round was led by Lunara Partners, with participation from Jabbar Group, DASH Ventures, founders, and angel investors. The funding comes seven months after the company raised $1.3 million in pre-seed funding.

HeyBreez processes more than one million calls a month, with its technology used across banking, healthcare, logistics, hospitality and customer experience.

The company plans to use the new capital to strengthen its infrastructure, accelerate product development and expand its sales operations across the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

For African and MENA businesses, the platform could make AI-powered customer service and sales automation more accessible without requiring large in-house teams. Its multilingual voice capabilities, including Arabic support, could also help businesses serve customers across diverse markets.
