Insider, the global media and technology startup based in UAE, has acquired MindBehind, a leading artificial intelligence (AI) platform. The acquisition will add to Insider’s suite of products and services and will allow the company to expand its reach in the AI space.
MindBehind is a platform that uses AI to help companies make sense of the vast amounts of data they collect. It allows companies to understand their customers better and to make more informed decisions about their products and services.
The AI platform was founded by Anıl Kiper and Muharrem Derinkök, in 2016, it had recently expanded its services into Dubai. Prior to the acquisition, MindBehind was headquartered in Istanbul. The AI startup manages conversations for companies, connecting their customers with superb virtual assistance via various massaging platforms.
Via this acquisition, Insider will be able to propel the development of its conversational tool through MindBehind’s technology.
