This seed funding was backed by investors comprising 1818 Venture Capital, F6 Ventures, Sparked VC, IM Fndg, and Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), showing their confidence in the company’s goal in transforming financial management for businesses.

Kudwa seeks to ensure accuracy and efficiency is improved in reporting while reducing the operational burden on finance departments by automating important financial operations.
According to the Founders of Kudwa, by Karl Nasr and Sam Arif, they stated that;
