Saudi investment firm Pinnacle Capital has launched a new venture capital fund targeting growth-stage technology companies in Saudi Arabia, combining primary investments with secondary transactions as the Kingdom’s startup ecosystem matures.
The fund will back established companies across fintech, e-commerce, health and lifestyle, as well as businesses tied to Riyadh’s expansion, including housing, mobility, real estate and urban services.
The strategy is designed to give investors exposure to high-growth Saudi companies while creating liquidity for existing shareholders through secondary deals. The approach comes as more Saudi startups move beyond early-stage fundraising but continue to face limited options for later-stage capital and exits.
The fund reflects a broader shift in Saudi Arabia’s venture market from backing early-stage startups toward supporting companies through growth and potential exit stages. Pinnacle’s investment strategy is aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, with the firm positioning technology and alternative investments as tools for economic diversification.
