Robutler has raised $400,000 from US venture capital firm ZAS Ventures to build what it calls the “YouTube of software.”

The Los Gatos and Kyiv-based startup’s first institutional investment will fund infrastructure that lets AI agents and software applications discover, trust, and collaborate.

Robutler offers free applications spanning documents, presentations, design, video, engineering, project management, music and games. Users can remix existing apps using prompts, while creators earn revenue when their applications are used or incorporated into other projects.

For founders, the model could lower some barriers to building software by combining AI-assisted development with reusable applications and creator-led monetization. Its open approach also points to opportunities for entrepreneurs outside traditional tech hubs to build and distribute software without relying on expensive licenses.

Robutler plans to use the funding to expand its collaborative app ecosystem and its AI-agent discovery, trust, and payment infrastructure.
