Sendsprint Acquires Nobel Financial, Expands to the US

SendSprint, a global payment and remittance startup founded by an ex-Flutterwave executive, has acquired Noble Financial Inc., a US-based company.
This acquisition positions Sendsprint to expand its operations into new markets and provide its services from 16 states within the United States.
Damisi Busari, founder and CEO of SendSprint, expresses her enthusiasm about the US market: “The US market holds immense potential for our growth, and we’re thrilled to introduce our tailored, people-centric technology solutions to Africans in the US. We’re poised to make a significant impact with this expansion.”

Founded in 2022 with a $5 flat fee selling point on all transfers, the startup aims to connect the African diaspora "to loved ones at home by enabling fast, simple, and hassle-free international transfers."
With the rise of remittance flow into Africa, SendSprint's acquisition of Noble Financial Inc., a remittance service provider in 32 countries across Latin America, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, gives SendSprint an advantage in a competitive market.
