South Africa’s Program Management Group FlowState80 goes Global

South Africa’s Fluid Business Solutions has announced it is taking its FlowState80 program global. The FlowState80 program functions as an all-in-one solution for strategic planning for businesses and startups offering more detail and better visualization to help you discover and diagnose delivery bottlenecks in a fraction of the time.

FlowState80 was launched in 2020 by Mark Kayser, the firm focusess on portfolio, program, project management, meeting management, task management and collaboration, to help businesses increase their productivity by targeting 80 percent on-time completion.

Kayser speaking on the firm said that FlowState80 can help companies save one full working day in time every week in reduced administration by allowing teams and individuals adopt a standardized and optimized approach to tasks using pre-defined processes, playbooks, templates and metrics, underpinned by an easy-to-use, intuitive collaboration system.

“Our solution is the first end-to-end offering that encompasses a program’s entire ecosystem.

“We were built off the back of violations of common sense being prevalent in the project management space, and we wanted to address them with a solution that not only provides a single view of everything, but also helps the teams save time and effort,” he said.

“We noticed a gap for a single source of project truth. Most organisations use multiple tools, or none, to manage their large projects and programs. In terms of competition, there are other PPM solutions available, but none that we feel cover the depth of our solution, and include every aspect such as meetings.”

According to Kayser, the company plans to expand to every market as keep up with its plans of helping businesses and organisations achieve their goals. The company has offices in South Africa and the United Kingdom (UK), and clients across Africa, Europe, and North America.
